Deposits:
As a small business, last minute cancellations can have a big impact. It has unfortunately become necessary to implement the following deposit and cancellation policies:
In order to secure a booking we require a non refundable 50% deposit based on the minimum time of the service you are having, and will be deducted from the overall balance of the invoice.
Slots will only be reserved once the deposit is received and all balance payments should be made at the end of our session, either in cash or via card payment. (use of AMEX and Apple Pay also available).
Cancellations:
If you are unable to attend an appointment, a 48 hour cancellation notice is required.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours of the appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.
Changes to group or multiple services must also be made before 48 hours, otherwise they will be fully chargeable.
Colour process:
Extra services required on top of an original booking are only available if there is enough time before the next appointment. Extra time and materials will be provided subject to an additional charge.
